ESTIMATE TERMSEstimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and represent our best approximation of the expected repair cost.
Additional parts or labor may be required if unforeseen issues are discovered during the repair. If this occurs, no additional work will be performed without the customer's approval.

SERVICE CALL FEEThe Service Call Fee covers the cost of our professional technician's visit to diagnose and assess the issue with your appliance or equipment. This fee includes the technician's travel time, diagnosis, and professional assessment.
* If you approve the repair, the Service Call Fee will be applied toward the total repair cost.
* If you decline the repair, the Service Call Fee is due upon completion of the diagnostic visit.

PARTS DEPOSIT POLICYA deposit may be required before replacement parts are ordered. The deposit will be applied toward the total repair cost.
Special-order parts will not be ordered until the required deposit has been received.
Deposits for special-order parts are non-refundable once the part has been ordered, except where required by applicable law or if Capital Appliance Repair is unable to obtain the ordered part.
If the customer cancels the repair after the part has been ordered, the deposit will not be refunded.

PAYMENT TERMSPayment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include:
* Cash
* Credit/Debit Cards
* Checks (payable to Capital Appliance Repair)
By paying the balance due on the invoice, the Client acknowledges that all requested services described on the invoice have been completed and tested, unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
The Client further agrees that all labor charges are due even if additional repairs are declined after the diagnostic service has been completed.
By accepting and paying the invoice, the Client agrees to pay the total amount shown on the invoice.

CANCELLATION & MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICYAppointments canceled after the technician has been dispatched or is on the way, or appointments where the technician is unable to perform the service because the customer is unavailable or cannot provide access to the appliance, are subject to a $79 cancellation fee.

At Capital Appliance Repair, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the parts we supply.
90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on parts supplied by Capital Appliance Repair and the labor associated with those parts.
Claim Notification
If you experience an issue covered under this warranty, please notify us promptly so we may inspect the appliance and determine warranty eligibility.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:* Different or unrelated failures occurring after the original repair, even if symptoms appear similar.
* Additional repairs not included in the original invoice.
* Appliances used for commercial or industrial purposes.
* Cosmetic or non-functional components, including but not limited to glass, trim, knobs, panels, racks, shelves, tanks, tubs, baskets, structural components, doors, and door liners.
* Plumbing supply water lines, whether replaced or recommended for replacement.
* Appliances that have been moved from the original repair location.
* Repairs where original manufacturer replacement parts are unavailable.
* Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, electrical issues, plumbing issues, gas supply issues, pest damage, environmental conditions, or acts of nature.
* Repairs or modifications performed by another company or individual after our service.
* Incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
Customer-Supplied PartsCapital Appliance Repair does not install customer-supplied parts. We are not responsible for the quality, compatibility, performance, or warranty of parts not supplied by our company.
